TradeHub is a platform designed to facilitate economic participation, visibility, and connections between businesses, individuals, and institutions.

By submitting information to TradeHub, you agree to these Terms of Participation.

TradeHub is a facilitation platform. We:

• Enable visibility and listing of opportunities, businesses, and services
• Support connections between participants

We do NOT:

• Guarantee transactions
• Act as a contracting party between users
• Guarantee business outcomes or success

All submissions:

• Are subject to review and approval
• May be accepted, rejected, or modified
• May be verified before publication

TradeHub reserves full discretion in approving listings.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and not misleading. TradeHub is not liable for incorrect or misleading submissions.

TradeHub may assign indicators such as Verified, LED Supported, or Certified. These indicators:

• Are based on available information
• Do not constitute guarantees or endorsements

By submitting your information, you agree to receive platform updates, opportunity notifications, and relevant communications. You may opt out where applicable.

TradeHub shall not be liable for any business losses, missed opportunities, disputes between participants, or reliance on platform information. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

By submitting content, you grant TradeHub the right to display, publish, and use the content for platform purposes. Ownership remains with the original owner.

TradeHub reserves the right to remove listings, restrict participation, or suspend access without prior notice where necessary.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
